Returns and Refunds
Damages / Breakages
While unfortunate, product breakages and damages sometimes occur. In the event that your item/s arrive damaged, we are here to help.

If a product is damaged on delivery, you should refuse to take receipt of that product and notify us through our contact page. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund at the earliest convenience.

If you notice damage to a product after delivery, please notify us within 7 days of delivery receipt via pour contact page. We’ll work with you to return the item and arrange a replacement or refund at the earliest convenience.

Customer must notify us within 7 days of receipt of item to qualify for a refund or replacement.
Change of mind return

Refunds are not available for change of mind returns. We may however, be able to assist with store credit in this event, dependant on the condition that your item is unused and returned in the same condition that you received it.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Bookish Tendancies is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Bookish Tendancies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. Please ensure that your delivery location is secure.
