Bookish Tendancies is a mother–daughter duo born from the perfect blend of two creative worlds: a daughter’s love for books and reading, and a mother’s lifelong passion for art, craft, and imaginative making.

Sue - a mixed-media artist with over 30 years of creative experience - brings every idea to life by combining her daughter's whimsical, book-inspired visions with her artistic skill and attention to detail. Together, they’ve crafted a space where storytelling and handmade artistry meet - a place from which Bookish Tendancies was born.

Every box, bundle, and bookish treasure is hand-selected or custom-crafted in-studio. Nothing leaves our hands without intention, care, and a touch of magic—meaning each piece is made and packed with genuine care.
